FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What variety of flowers will be used in my arrangement?

Flowers are subject to availability and while we will do our best to source exact varieties for you we can’t make promises. If something is unavailable we will find the next substitute to suit your budget and floral style preferences.

Each arrangement that leaves our shop is unique and its not always possible to reproduce them exactly- but we will do our best on request. Similarly each wedding or event is bespoke so we do not have a catalogue.

When can I get flowers delivered? What is the cost of delivery?

Calluna is open Tuesday - Saturday for deliveries, including same-day deliveries London wide.

For all deliveries we require the recipient’s full name, address and a contact number so we can make sure someone will be home to receive the order. Delivery times are within shop opening hours and we can offer you a time window but not an exact time. If we are instructed to leave an order in a ‘safe place’ we can no longer take responsibility for it.

Same Day Delivery:

We ask that all same-day deliveries be placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday for same day delivery in London to ensure that we have adequate time to arrange a courier. The shop is not open on a Sunday.

Pre Ordered Deliveries:

If you have pre-placed your order, we will do our best to schedule our courier to deliver in your preferred window. However, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times.

Delivery Issues:

Our courier platform will contact the recipient via SMS to inform them that their delivery is on the way once it has been picked up from Calluna.

In the event that the flowers are delivered when the recipient is not at home, we will do our best to ensure that the arrangement is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. In the event that the flowers cannot be left safely, the flowers will be returned to the shop. We will then contact the sender or recipient to arrange re-delivery.

How long will my floral arrangement last?

While we would hope your arrangement would last at least 5 days it does depend on the environment they are in.

To increase the lifespan of your flowers, we suggest following the below instructions:

  • Once you receive your arrangement, cut all of the stems on a sharp angle

  • Keep them away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight

  • Use a clean vase with fresh water

  • Change the water in your vase every second day, ensuring that the water level is high enough for all stems

How long will it take to receive a quote back from the Calluna team?

We will always get back to you as quickly as we can with costings but we are a small team with a lot to do and it might take a couple of days to organise an accurate quote for your bespoke event or installation.
